Our clinic is open for all services. However, current circumstances force us to prioritize certain types of interventions such as abortions, IUDs and Nexplanon insertion, as well as gynecological monitoring of patients who already have an active file at the clinic.
For gynecological follow-up requests for new patients, we will offer availability of appointments as soon as the pandemic situation allows us to do so.
Instructions for making an appointment :
- If you have returned from a trip outside Canada in the past 14 days or you have been in contact with a probable or confirmed case of COVID-19, do not make an appointment until the end of your quarantine of 14 days required by public health authorities.
- If you have symptoms (fever, dry cough, tiredness) please wait until you are fully recovered before making an appointment.
- If you already have an appointment and have returned from a trip outside Canada in the past 14 days, have symptoms or have been in contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID- 19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Only women with an appointment will be admitted in the clinic. You will need to advise your companion to show up only when you are ready to leave the clinic.
When you arrive, before entering the clinic, an employee will take your temperature after asking you a few questions about your current health. She will disinfect your cell phone and ask you to disinfect your hands.
YOU WILL BE OBLIGED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING DURING THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF YOUR VISIT. We strongly suggest that you bring your own face cover.
